Hello,
My name is James Knight, and I am running for Trustee on the Bear Lake Township Board.
My wife Nola and I, have lived here since 2004, and have been property owners for over 30 years.
I began attending the monthly Township meetings in 2004, to learn about our local Government.
For about 5 years, I have been on the Board of Review for our Township. This has helped me to understand the various homesteads and properties we have in our Community.
I am a big supporter of the Police and Fire Departments. I volunteer for the Township`s biggest event of the year, the Chicken Barbecue. This benefits the Bear Lake Fire Department.
I am also very passionate about the waters and woods that surround Bear Lake Township. As a lifelong Outdoorsman, and a defender of the Second Amendment, I believe our area is unsurpassed in beauty and outdoor opportunities.
I would be honored, if You would consider voting for me on August 2nd, for Bear Lake Township Trustee.
